Mandala artful meditation & flow 



Join us for an exclusive meditative art experience and asana practice! Unlock your creative mind and channel your focus into learning a new artistic skill. You don’t need to be an artist to participate, come with an open mind. Class will include a Slow Flow Asana practice, a short meditation and then step by step processes to create your beautiful mandala. All supplies included.

The meaning of the word Mandala , originates from Sanskrit and means the equivalent of “circle “ . It’s a circle which is the center of everything .

Mandalas represent the wholeness ,the divine order or the center which we represent in our universe . The circle is a symbol of unity since the beginning  and  has always played an important role . The circle is often a sign of the cosmos and the soul .

Mandala drawing workshops are a supportive tool for meditation by allowing clear and vivid visuals while occupying the motor skills. Students are guided step by step & given the opportunity to explore shapes and colors with positive affirmations that reflect the meaning of the shapes used in the drawing.

Timing: Sunday, 12th June  at 3:30 pm (150minutes)


Joining Fee: 150AED +VAT


Venue: Yoga House in The Greens Studio

About the instructors

Yasmin started my yoga journey almost four years ago in Yoga House Greens. In the hardest days of her life, going to this beautiful place and having yoga practice with my great teachers, kept me strong and faithful. Today yoga is a very important part of her life and she is grateful for every day to have the chance to be on her mat and practice with her wonderful teachers .


Combining her art and yoga made the journey even more beautiful and important. One of her great yoga teachers said, our yoga mat is like our life! If you are flexible, balanced and strong on your mat, you will be the same in life !
