• Rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.  

• All passes are activated on the day of purchase except for the Monthly Membership, Intro Offer & Super Saver which start on the first visit .

• All passes can be shared with friends except for the Single Drop-In, Monthly Membership & the Intro Offer. If you would like to share a pass with a friend email us their account details & the number of classes you would like to transfer to their account. 

• Unlimited packages are activated from first visit and within 1 year of date of purchase. These packages cannot be frozen.

• A minimum of 2 participants is required to run a class.

• Packages are non-refundable & cannot be put on hold.

• Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your booking 2 hours (minimum) before the start of class if you choose not to attend. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of that class. Unlimited package holders will have one day deducted from the validity of their package.

• Payments made online will appear on your Schedule House account in less than 24 hours. You will receive a receipt via the email registered on your Schedule House account within 24 hours of your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details in your Schedule House account are kept up-to-date.​

• ​Yoga House has a No Refund Policy on all class passes, events & merchandise. 

• Yoga House reserves the right to change the class schedules and timings at any point.

• Yoga House reserves the right to close on public holidays

• Discounted packages must be activated within 60 days of the day of purchase.
