About the Instructor
Zeid has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and teaching for 5.After experiencing first hand the positive effects of yoga in all aspects of his life, Zeid decided to delve deeper into the practice. He went to Shri Kali Ashram and spent 6 months immersing himself in the science of Yoga and Tantra, where he received his 500hr Yoga Alliance certification. Zeid considers practicing yoga, in all its forms, including Asana, as a lifestyle habit to cultivate balance and harmony, and actualize happiness in every aspect of his life. Through his classes, he hopes to share this practice to his students and support them in optimizing their own lives by learning how to relax and develop a positive/healthy relationship with themselves.
