About the Instructor
Oho is a multi style yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for 13 years and has been teaching for 8 years. She is a Rep's and a RYT-500 who teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Swing Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal yoga & pelvic floor exercises. She provides an extensive practice to the students while motivate them to find inner peace and their healthiest self. She is flexible and able to adapt in creating classes base on energy flow that aim to support and benefit the students while preventing them from injury.
