Morning yoga flow



With yoga's emphasis on breathing practices and medita­tion—both of which help calm and center the mind— it’s hardly surprising that yoga also brings mental benefits, such as reduced anxiety and depression and improved mood.  In observation of World Mental Health Awareness Day and in collaboration with Hilton Al Habtoor City , join us for a complimentary outdoor yoga class followed by healthy refreshments and snacks!

Time: Sunday 10th October at 7am 

Venue: Pool deck of the Hilton Al Habtoor City

Joining Fee: FREE
