Deepen your understanding of how you can use common props to get proper alignment in your poses. This workshop will utilize props such as Chair, strap, blocks and wall. 

  • Through this workshop you will 

  • Learn how to use these common props to make space in the body.

  • Learn how to get proper alignment of asanas 

  • Learn how to use props for restorative poses. 

  • Using prop positioning for support 

  • Using props for challenge

Whether you are a yoga teacher or student In this two hour session you will leave with more knowledge on the how basic props can be incorporated in the class for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Timing : Sunday, 5th March at 3:00pm (120 minutes)

Joining Fee: 150aed + VAT

Venue: Yoga House in The Greens

*Note that the workshop will go ahead with a minimum of 4 persons. 

About the instructor: kala shekhar

Kala has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching yoga after discovering the enormous benefits of it. She has lived and worked in seven countries and has the good fortune of learning from some of the best teachers in the world. She is an ERYT 200 certified teacher with additional certificates in Yin, meditation and Yoga Therapy. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha and yoga alignment. Kala is dedicated to sharing with her students the power of moving energy and breath to get deeper into an asana.
