ABOUT THE CLASS
Pilates is great for posture, upper and lower body strength and stability, helps reduce back pain, making prenatal Pilates an ideal workout during pregnancy. The prenatal sessions are specially designed to support your changing body during pregnancy. Work with a trainer who's qualified in prenatal exercise, it's totally safe, and is a great way to tune into your body, maintain some muscle tone, and prepare yourself for childbirth and new motherhood - trust us, you'll need those toned arms for all the baby-cuddling you'll be doing! The workout is on the mat with small equipment.
We recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to commencement of any class at Yoga House and we would also recommend that you wait until you are 12 weeks into your pregnancy.
