About the Instructor
Wanda developed huge passion for Pilates during long physiotherapy after hip surgery. As soon as she was introduced to Pilates she started to recover quickly. Since more than 10 years now she is a keen Pilates enthusiast, because it helped her strengthen her core and utilize muscles often overlooked by traditional exercise.
In 2016 she become certified STOTT Pilates trainer. Wanda’s classes are focused on alignment and proper technique. She works with her students to increase their strength, balance and improve posture.
