About the Instructor


Throughout her life she was involved in different types of activities, from rhythmic gymnastics to yoga and dancing and latest, and her passion fell for Pilates. She supports the idea of conscious exercising and learning through our own body and feeling what is good for it. She promotes a healthy lifestyle and believes that our body, mind, and soul are ONE and need to be well taken care of. Small thoughtful steps are the key to success. It doesn't matter whether you are an absolute beginner or a gym lover, her programs can help you reach your next fitness goals, influence different areas of your life, and feel the confidence you deserve.
