Breathe & Meditate

full moon Release

Unwind and let go with this harmonious session of yin yoga & breathwork alongside a deeply relaxing sound immersion.  Holding long deep yin/restorative postures will help to release stress in the body and mind by reducing tension in the tight parts of the muscles.  The singing bowls cultivate a harmonic space to create a feeling of inner peace and tranquility.  Sacred healing instruments are known for taking one into a deeper state of mind and assisting in activating the parasympathetic nervous system which controls the body’s ability to relax. This is sometimes called “rest and digest”. Our body enters a state of relaxation, and this place of harmony promotes healing and recovery. The more time we spend in a PSNS state, the healthier we are.

The full moon encourages us to release any negative thought patterns, conditioning, or habits that do not serve us on our journey to being the best version of ourselves.  Through affirmations and intentions, we will release negative emotions and let go of feelings such as anger, guilt, jealousy, and shame.
