Barre

It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. You will be working on your arms, core, back, legs & booty!
Gentle flow
A slow paced class in which you will deepen the breath and use gentle but dynamic movements to warm, mobilize, and stretch. This class will help to calm the nervous system leaving you feeling open, rejuvenated,, recharged, connected and nurtured.
power yoga
​A fast-paced practice designed to build strength and heat. This class in an advanced class that helps develop leaner, longer strong muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation.
Vinyasa
Derived from Hatha yoga, it is faster paced, with much emphasis on the breath and the transition in and out of the postures. This class builds muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and weight loss while reducing levels of stress and boosting energy.
Mat pilates
Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance; so much more than just building a 'strong core' or 'perfect posture. Pilates is effective as it addresses underlying structural imbalances in the body which can create on-going pain and difficulty with movement. The whole body is considered. Lengthened and strengthened muscles improve posture and overall fitness and retrain dysfunctional movement patterns, restoring optimum physical function.

Gravity Resistance Exercise. A mix of strength, mobility and stability training which will have you working your whole body while getting fitter in the process. This class is the perfect complement to a regular yoga practice, giving you more strength to hold the poses for longer, while developing your flexibility and mobility to help you better access those elusive challenge poses.
