CRYSTAL HEALING & MANDALA VISUALS
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This unique Sound Bath, Yin Yoga & Crystal Healing experience is aimed to help balance the autonomic nervous system along with releasing emotional, physical & mental blockages in order to revitalize and restore the body & mind.
