About the Instructor

She began practicing yoga 8 years ago as an adjunct to intense fitness training and a stressful nursing career. The effects the practice was having on her mind and body was remarkable. She began to see how others would also benefit from the practice in promoting health and wellness, increasing strength and flexibility and building resilience to modern life. She strongly believes that yoga is for all and enjoy teaching strong, lighthearted yet constructive yoga that helps people to move better day to day. She feels this approach allows people to gain a better understanding of themselves and their bodies and improve their quality of life.
