YOGA for WOMEN'S health


In today’s world, women are working harder than ever and they need time to rest, reenergize and re-balance.


Our women’s health class is designed to support the female reproductive system and promotes a relaxation response, which is especially needed now during these extraordinary times.


This class is designed for and will benefit greatly: 


  • Women suffering from pre-menopause symptoms. 

  • Women experiencing PMS symptoms and menstrual pain, particularly before and during the cycle.

  • Women looking to reduce the impact of a busy life on their mental and physical wellbeing. 

Open to Intermediate Level


Timing : Saturday, 25 September at 2:30pm

Joining Fee: Single Pass 175 aed, 150 aed if you buy the 5 Workshops Pass (valid for 6 months).

Venue: Yoga House in The Greens

*Note that the workshop will go ahead with a minimum of 4 persons. 

about the instructor: HODIS KAVIAN

Hodis was a fitness industry professional until she fell in love with yoga at an early age. With 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher. She follows the teachings of the Iyengar School of Yoga, with some of her greatest mentors, she studies under being Gabriella Giubulario and Lois Steinberg. 


Her classes are focused on combining a deep understanding of the anatomy and organic body in the poses, with the breathwork and mind-soul connection that yoga brings. Additionally, she teaches classes in both English and Farsi.
