Feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or panicky?


Yoga can help you ease these and other symptoms of anxiety, stress, and trauma. This workshop will introduce you to a suite of techniques that can help you find calm and peace, including breath (pranayama), movement (asana), meditation, and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) that can help you heal. 


Timing : Saturday, 10th July at 11:00am (120 minutes)

Joining Fee: Single Pass 175 aed, 150 aed if you buy the 5 Workshops Pass (valid for 6 months).

Venue: Yoga House in Intercontinental Dubai Marina

*Note that the workshop will go ahead with a minimum of 4 persons. 

about the instructor: Chandni Kaurani

​Chandnee is an ERYT 500 hours Yoga Alliance teacher trainer,  PGDYEd, Level 1 &2 certified Sound healer and an attuned Reiki master practitioner. She began her journey with yoga when she was young and has over 1000 hours of study, practice and teaching experience. She believes in spreading positivity through her yoga sessions and helps her students find greater depth and awareness.
