ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop will give you a better understanding of how yoga can support the long term health of your spine. You will improve your understanding of your spinal anatomy, assess your current spinal posture, learn simple techniques to keep your back safe and leave with simple routine that you can do regularly.
Learn how to asses your overall spinal posture
Understand the anatomy of lower back - we are not the same
Discuss few causes of back pain
Learn simple movements (yoga poses) that will prevent from lower back pain and release the pain if it is already there
Timing : Saturday, 19th June at 11:00am (120 minutes)
Joining Fee: Single Pass 175 aed, 150 aed if you buy the 5 Workshops Pass (valid for 6 months).
Venue: Yoga House in Intercontinental Dubai Marina
*Note that the workshop will go ahead with a minimum of 4 persons.
about the instructor: OHO BELLIARD
Oho is a multi style yoga instuctor who has been practicing yoga for 13 years and has been teaching for 8 years.
She is a Rep's and a RYT-500 who teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Swing Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal yoga & pelvic floor exercises.
Oho provides an extensive practice to the students while motivate them to find inner peace and their healthiest self.
Oho is flexible and able to adapt in creating classes base on energy flow that aim to support and benefit the students while preventing them from injury.
