Stretch at your desk
Energising Stretch Sessions
Duration: 60 minutes. Sitting at a desk for hours on end places unnecessary strain on the lumbar spine whilst over stretching the middle to upper back. This leads to a shortened chest and hips that then contributes to neck, shoulder, and lower back pain.
In these sessions you will be guided through n some breathing exercises to focus your mind and release tensions with gentle stretching exercises that will help relieve any aches and pains in the body. You will work on correcting your posture and strengthening your eyesight with simple yet effective exercises.
These classes are held at the workplace at the desks of the employees.
