Purva Kaushal is an experienced holistic yoga, breath-work, meditation teacher, and sound therapist, originally from India. With over a decade of teaching experience, she has passionately shared the benefits of yoga, sound therapy, and holistic healing in Dubai and internationally through workshops, courses, teacher trainings, and retreats. Purva's solid foundation in classical science and yoga philosophy comes from her training at the prestigious International Sivananda Vedanta Center & Ashram in India.

Purva's expertise extends to diverse holistic healing disciplines, enabling her to positively impact a wide range of individuals, promoting beauty, wellness, and conscious living. She holds prestigious honors and international accreditation in sound therapy from Himalayan and Buddhist traditions of Nepal, allowing her to use the power of sound to create resonance, vibration, and mind-body integration.

By harnessing the magic of sound, Purva helps her students achieve deep inner peace and harmony through sacred meditations, breath awareness, and sound healing events. She has a profound understanding of biorhythms and the body's wisdom, allowing her to identify and release tension effectively.
