About the Instructor

She started her yoga journey almost four years ago in Yoga House Greens. In the hardest days of her life, going to this beautiful place and having yoga practice with my great teachers, kept her strong and faithful.

 

Combining her art and yoga made the journey even more beautiful and important. One of her great yoga teachers said, our yoga mat is like our life! If you are flexible, balanced, and strong on your mat, you will be the same in life! 

 

She teaches Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Hatha Yoga, she is a passionate Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga practitioner.
