ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Emotions are the language of your soul. Using Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release’s six elements of breath, movement, sound, touch, emotions, and meditation, you will experience how emotions manifest through body sensations and develop a new awareness of what your body is trying to tell you. You will breathe in energy and breathe out blockages, suppressed emotions, and tension so that you can break free from your pattern of swallowing or judging your emotions. You will leave feeling more alive.
