ABOUT THE CLASS
Vinyasa Krama Yoga is an ancient practice where each of the Asanas is practiced with many elaborate Vinyasas (variations and movements).Each variation is linked to the next one through breath and by a succession of specific transitional movements following a scientific structure rather than an esthetic flow.
In Vinyasa Krama sequences, we work our way from simple to more complex poses. We prepare the body within certain poses to move into the more advanced or complex “peak pose”.
Appropriate for all levels.
