ABOUT THE SESSION

Developed over 2,500 years ago, Thai Yoga Massage is a dynamic bodywork therapy based on Yoga and Ayurveda principles. It's a full body dry massage that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. Sessions are tailored to your body and needs, and last 75 minutes.

About the FACILITATOR

Dina Ghandour has been working in wellness for more than 4 years. She is a certified 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga teacher, prenatal yoga instructor, and a certified and licensed doula.
