What is This Training about?

​

This course teaches you the foundational skills and techniques for working with Himalayan Singing Bowls.  It also teaches you a basic understanding of the science, art, and history behind sound therapy. Upon the completion of the course, you will receive a certificate regulated by Yoga Alliance and The Complimentary Medical Association. ​

what is the structure of the course?

This is a 1-weekend course which will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 am till 6:00 pm and will consist of 20 Hours of training.

what does the course cover?

​

• The history and origin of Himalayan Singing Bowls

• Different types of bowls and how they are made  

• The science of sound vibrations and brainwaves

• Chakra healing

• Breathing and deep relaxation techniques

• How to heal with sound, which includes: Being able to give a Sound massage, Sound Bath, and Sound Meditation

• Benefits and precautions of sound healing

Is this training for you?

This is a great opportunity for current health practitioners, therapists, yoga teachers, schoolteachers, psychologists, nurses, managers or anyone interested in exploring the natural healing power of singing bowls and sound healing. No prior experience or yoga teacher training is necessary. Sound-healing instruments will be provided throughout the course.

All course dates will run at the Dubai Marina Studio. The space is purpose-built for yoga practice and fully equipped with everything you need.

What about the Certification?

​

This 20 HR Sound Healing Training is certified by the Complimentary Medicine Association (CMA). Students must attend all sessions and pass the examination to gain this. The Yoga Alliance certificate is only for the yoga teachers who currently hold 200hrs Teachers Training- you can add the extra credits to your hours.
