About the Instructor

The year 2020 bought about many changes for Sarah personally and professionally. Having gone through major surgery and a job redundancy, she quickly tuned into what was really important – family, health and doing things that one truly loves. Such a realization lead Sarah to become certified as a 200HR Hatha Yoga teacher (Yoga House, 2020), 50 HR Yoga Nidra guide and is currently moving through a 220HR Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Professional Crystal Reader, she is also a certified Sound Practitioner having traveled to Kathmandu, Nepal in 2019 to learn from the great Master Sri at the Kathmandu Center for Healing. Since then, she has held numerous sound sessions and concerts in her home, which have been met with great success.
 

Sarah enjoys working with clients from many backgrounds and cultures to support them in finding peace and tranquility, balance and a sense of inner calm through a variety of modalities which involve movement, breath and sound and a touch of Reiki sprinkled in for good measure!
