ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Are you feeling stuck in your practice by tightness of your body? Do you experience limited range of motion in back bends, forward folds, hips or shoulders? Or perhaps you just can’t get enough of deep, effective openings?
Heather Bonker leads a stress unwinding class with targeted isolation, using specialized balls and props, to release congested trigger points of the body’s connective tissue (fascia) in the legs, hips, back and shoulders.
While at times intense and others blissful, join this special mind-body centred practice for an incredible experience that creates lasting change.
Open to all levels.
