restorative yoga & Breathwork
YOGA WORKSHOP
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP​

Join us on this calming and restoring workshop where you will practice and learn yogic techniques to help you in your daily life to reduce stress, promote relaxation & deep sleep.

You will gain an understanding of the following:

Breathing (pranayama) to help you relax and sleep

Restorative postures for calming the body and mind
-
Meditation/relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety and stress

Sound frequencies to send you into deep relaxation
​
We will practice restorative postures (asanas) which are supported by using props and are held typically for 3-5 minutes. Participants can take time to focus on deepening their breath and slowly releasing stress and tension stored in the body. The poses set one up for relaxation and deep meditative states.
We will teach you how to use the relaxation techniques in your daily life, to assist you in conquering fear and promoting a sound sleep.
The workshop will end with a savasana (final relaxation) with sound frequencies to encourage brainwave entrainment, taking you into deeper states which can help to remove built up anxiety.

Timing : Saturday, 9th October at 2:30pm (90 minutes)

Joining Fee: Single Pass 175 aed, 150 aed if you buy the 5 Workshops Pass (valid for 6 months).

about the instructor:
Danielle bailey​
​
Danielle’s teaching journey started in 2008 in London where she gained her first Hatha Yoga certification. She feels honored and grateful to have learnt from humble teachers, she traveled to Himalayas in 2011 where she studied with Bhooma Chaitanya (BHOOMAJI) and Swami Yogeshananda (Philosophy & Sanskrit Scholar), they introduced her to Sivananda Yoga.
Danielle is also a certified sound healing teacher, she first learnt this beautiful therapy in Rishikesh and then traveled to Nepal and took a sound healing workshop with her most inspirational teacher Sri Anup from Nada Yoga School in Pokhara.
Danielle currently teaches sound healing and yoga group classes, courses, workshops, teachers’ trainings and retreats.
She uses sound, breath and yoga as a tool to help students work through injuries, imbalances, stress, anxiety and as a means to bring about a sense of peace & wellness in their life.

​Yoga has been a part of her life for over 6 years. Through her practice she was able to find a sense of inner peace unlike anything she have experienced before. This led her to the realization that she wanted to immerse herself with the practice on a deeper level. From there on her teaching path started and she completed the 200-hour Hatha Yoga training. In she classes, she seeks to share the wisdom and passion of the practice to helps others live their Dharma.
