​Inhale... Exhale... & find your Zen! Join us for a blissful morning to rejuvenate your Mind, Body & Soul at the Intercontinental Dubai Marina Hotel

We will start our morning with a one-hour yoga session to counteract the working week. We will begin by acknowledging any stressors of the week before moving into a Hatha-based sequence focusing on common areas of tension such as the neck, upper back and hips. We will move to strengthen and release these areas, allowing the breath to guide us and bring us into a state of release and relaxation. Pranayama (breathing) practices will be strung throughout the practice to facilitate the release of tension in both body and mind.

Following this, the class will slow down and end with a 20 minute sound meditation using Tibetan singing bowls.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast afterwards with a stunning view of the Marina. Want to take it easy for the rest of the day? Stay to rest, relax and soak up the sun with All Day Pool Access⁠
