with gentle Movement, Breathing & Guided Relaxation
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Join us for an immersive and meditative journey that combines the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other sacred instruments, gentle movements and breathing.
During this event, you will be guided through a series of gentle movements that will help to open up the body and release tension. The movements are designed to complement the sound bath, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
As the sound bath begins, you will be encouraged to focus on your breath and let go of any thoughts or worries. The sound waves produced by the instruments will wash over you, creating a feeling of vibration and resonance that can be felt throughout the body.
As the session continues, the sounds will become more intense and you may feel as though you are being transported to another world or experiencing a shift in your consciousness.
Throughout the session, you will be guided in pranayama (breathing) practices that will help to deepen your experience and enhance the healing effects of the sound bath.
As the session comes to a close, the sounds will gradually fade away, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated. This is a unique opportunity to explore your inner self, release tension, and find a deeper sense of peace.
Join us for this one-of-a-kind event that is sure to leave you feeling transformed and uplifted!
