Process & Release Workshop



In this workshop, we recognize the intricate connection between our emotional and physical selves.

Through intention
al breathwork and slow, deep pranayama, we cultivate a heightened awareness of the subtle energies within. The breath becomes a guide, unlocking the pathways to emotional release. As we delve into hip and back-opening postures, we create space for the stored emotions to surface, giving them the space and time to release.

As you build a resilient container through the practice, your emotions find a safe haven to process and release and help physical and emotional tensions.


What to Expect

The workshop begins with a breathwork practice, followed by a gentle yin flow that will focus on hips and heart openers.

about the instructor: dima wadjih

Dima is an experienced yoga and breathwork instructor whose teachings are steeped in the ancient traditions of yogic philosophy. She has received extensive training from some of the world's leading yoga and breath masters, which has given her a deep understanding of these practices. Dima's approach is both technical and scientific, yet she seamlessly embeds spirituality into her teachings.

Dima empowers her students to connect with their breath and unlock the transformative potential of yoga and breathwork. In a welcoming and supportive environment, she guides students through heart-opening practices, encouraging them to embrace their inner strength and feeling home within themselves.
