day retreat

Prenatal ladies, it’s time to let your hair down and focus on me time! Join us for this unique wellness day-retreat experience that is sure to leave you feeling lighter, relaxed and nourished. The day will be a journey into sense awareness.

We start with a fun yoga and dance session to get you feeling your way into your bodies with creativity, fluidity and playfulness. We will then cosy up over a refreshment and engage in a unique informative session about Dental health during pregnancy and postpartum, as well for baby, led by a local Dental expert who is passionate about this topic. Followed by food together (of course!) and then some down time in the lovely rooftop temperature controlled pool during Dusk.
