private sessions

A private session is a perfect way to dive deeper into your personal well-being.  Work with one of our instructors to create a customized 60 -minute session to meet your personal needs and desires. Beyond a typical Yoga or Pilates private, you can choose to have a Sound Meditation  or Thai Yoga Massage session. Allow yourself to pause, to be present in the here and now and to connect with your breath.  Sessions promote happiness, increase well-being + inner peace.
