Mindfulness & meditation introductory program


Join us for a two hour therapeutic workshop into Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga. This workshop is created to help practitioners to understand and cultivate moment-to-moment awareness through gentle movement, focus on  breathing techniques and to encourage a kinder, more compassionate way of thinking.

During this Workshop, participants will learn:

  • The benefits of Mindfulness and meditation 

  • How to relax while resting in the present moment. (This can also be applied during your yoga practice)

  • Improve your ability to cope with stressful situations.

  • Release tensions and increase energy.

  • Being present to help bring more joy, creativity, and happiness into your life.

Who should attend this workshop?

Anyone with a curiosity about Mindfulness and meditation. Especially for those who find themselves over thinking, feeling negative and with busy minds. 

This workshop is for people who have little to no experience and would like to introduce these methods into their every day life and/or yoga practice. 


Timing : Saturday 28th May at 11:00am (120 minutes)

Joining Fee: 150 aed
