Love yourself enough to exercise!  This personalized training session may be just what you need to finally reach your fitness and weight loss goals. While your goals may simply be to lose few pounds, the benefits of exercise will keep you fit, healthy and strong for years. Yes, with personalized training you can finally drop the excess weight,  but also feel more energetic, enthusiastic and confident about your life. A personal trainer motivates, couches and customizes training to your individual needs and abilities.  

Our instructor will:

  • Analyze your posture and imbalances in a body

  • Look at your current program to search for change or tweak your workout

  • Talk about your needs, settle the goals,

  • Tailor efficient and effective fitness program (combination of cardio, weight lifting, strength and core training)

  • Challenge you, to make sure you working as hard as you can

  • Help you to stay motivated to exercise 


Make time for it. Just get it done. Nobody ever got strong or got in shape by thinking about it. Start loving yourself!


Anna has a long history with fitness and training as she was a dancer through her formative years with a love for aerobics that led to her becoming a Zumba teacher and trainer. Through her own practice she has gained a genuine passion for the benefits of Pilates and this is evident in her classes with her positive hands on approach. She places a lot of emphasis on correct practice in order to prevent injury and to maximize benefit. Anna believes that there is a strong correlation between strength and balance and hopes to help her students achieve both.
