​Leo yoga alliance 500hr certified in Ashtanga vinyasa, primary series led. Yin and Myofascia. Reiki and meditation. 

 

My class is a journey within your own body. Connection to oneself is through the stillness of the mind and calmness of the body. Really cool embodying the practice. Any level is welcome in my class, flexibility comes in time. Join me for this sunset yoga journey. A gentle heartfelt flow with a few rigorous bends along the way.
