About the Instructor
Judit is a forever student and a curious mind. Her mindfulness journey started in 2008 when she began practicing yoga regularly. In 2014, she became a certified yoga teacher, and she's been teaching and studying mindfulness ever since.
As a travel designer, she organizes yoga retreats around the world. She has practiced yoga in more than 40 countries, where she has learned from internationally acclaimed yoga teachers. Her fields of expertise are trauma-release, the nervous system, the Chakras, and embodied movements.
Her guidance will build you up physically but also spiritually. She offers a dynamic silence where the essential self can reveal.
