Breathe, Stretch & Balance Workshop

About

Duration: 100 minutes.

Yoga is a combination of physical and mental disciplines which make the body stronger and healthier and the mind calmer and more controlled, helping move the practitioner towards a state of self-realisation. It emphasizes the relationship between the body, mind and breath through the synchronisation of the breath with body movement. 

Yoga is good for posture and structural balance, it promotes flexibility and suppleness, strength and stamina whilst toning the internal organs. It helps improves concentration, facilitates relaxation and calms the mind.

This workshop starts with a warm up and a move into carefully selected strengthening and balance exercises followed by stretching and flexibility postures to end the session with a well deserved relaxation.

Venue

This Workshop can be held either at Yoga House or at the workplace. If the workshop is to happen at the workplace, an indoor or covered space (an empty board room for example) is needed and one yoga mat per participant.
