ABOUT THE CLASS

This Class blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga-inspired moves to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance. The class consists of three parts: 20-minute HIIT Yoga Workout, 20-minutes Deep Stretching, & 10-minute relaxation and recovery.
​
HIIT Yoga Workout will focus on intense bursts of exercise based on yoga asanas with short periods of rest to boost your energy and metabolism. The second part of the class will focus on deep stretching to help you lengthen and release sore muscles.
​
This Class will help you tone and sculpt your entire body, increase your cardiovascular health and you will leave feeling stronger and more energized.
