Breathe & Meditate

Stress, anxiety, behavioral issues, and relationship problems are often the result of unresolved trauma.

The workshop is both informative and practical. We will learn what trauma is, understand its impact, and why yoga works for participants with trauma symptoms. After the theoretical part, we will practice trauma-informed yoga, and experience how it can build resiliency and establish greater self-regulation. It is about feeling safe in our bodies and the world, having good self-esteem, and healthy relationships.
