A Hatha Asana series based on a traditional understanding of the whole self. This gentle and relaxing class integrates meditation into every Asana, overtime achieving a balanced state of mental and physical well-being. This class builds your system from your current level up so is open to all levels from beginners to experienced yoga practitioners.
