happy feet



Do your feet get the attention they deserve? Probably not. We exhaust, overwork and ignore them all the time. We simply take them for granted until an injury or illness occurs. We overlook the fact that any structure is only as solid as its foundation to the earth. Like the roots of a tree, it is through the soles of our feet that we create a solid foundation which supports and nourishes the alignment and health of every other part of our body. 

During this workshop, we will learn how to take care of our feet that carry us around all day long and give them their will deserved love and attention. 

Who is this workshop for?
High heel lovers, bunion owners, those who spend most of their work hours walking or standing, and anyone with two feet!

What will the workshop cover? 

  • Most common problems in the foot. Relevant anatomy.Why feet problems are so widespread? 

  • Yoga for feet: We'll have a Feet Vinyasa flow, learning how traditional yoga asanas can be used to work out feet.

  • Not so conventional feet moves. Getting creative with the ways feet can be exercised.

How will you benefit from the workshop?
A healthy foundation contributes to an overall better body alignment. Working out the feet we build strength, alleviate pain, prevent injuries, and improve aesthetics.

Open to all levels.

About the instructor: Ekaterina Tuvaeva

Ekaterina has been a movement junky from her crib, always searching for something with the meaning behind just physicality. Yoga became it, being able to transform both how one looks on the outside and feels on the inside. Have you heard the saying "beauty will save the world"? Ekaterina has her own version of it: "Yoga will save the world":) She strives to inspire healthy life style and spread the soothing word of yoga. Apart from being a yoga teacher, she also considers herself a well-rounded movement educator, promoting pure human body movement, intuitive, safe and healing.
