GONG MEDITATION

ABOUT THE MEDITATION

In a Gong Meditation, you lie down comfortably, gently shut your eyes, and are taken through a guided meditation journey of breathing and deep relaxation, as you de-stress and release your tensions, pains and fears. A guided meditation follows.

 

A combination of Forgiveness and Gratitude guides you through a process to free yourself from the prison of "un-forgiveness". Forgiveness is not something you do for others, it is something you do for yourself. Once you forgive, you are open to receiving and giving love freely and you are free of blocks and anxiety. The pain recedes and the fear subsides, as you release the unresolved issues and worrisome memories....

 

And then we move on to Gratitude. Gratitude is the second highest vibration after unconditional love. Once you feel gratitude you are more prone to have more things to be grateful for; more love, more happiness, more abundance, more perfect health.

 

When we come from a place of sincere forgiveness and gratitude our energy is one of acceptance and harmony. This energy attracts positive additional energies to us.

 

The ancient, soulful sounds of the gongs then gently guide you on a healing inner journey. During this time, as the perfect sounds of creation wash over you, your body relaxes and your mind is soothed. You can move beyond your thoughts, and simply, be present, in the "now" of the sound. It is in this beautiful space that you can have access to your inner healer and your body's guidance system. Both these, know, how to transform and heal you.

About the instructor: zarine Dadachanji

Zarine is a facilitator for guided sound meditations, energy healing and space clearings. She plays the gongs, singing bowls and other instruments during the sessions. She continues to study the Way of the Gong with the Grand Gong Master, Don Canreaux. She is also a certified Laughter Yoga Leader. she facilitates all these sessions for children and adults of all nationalities, in schools, centers, homes, and corporates, all over the UAE and has facilitated Gong Meditations in England, France, San Diego, Karachi and Kuwait.
