full moon yoga nidra



Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the students become increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. Yoga Nidra is not just the practice of relaxing, but of reforming from within, where students practice the process of releasing old habits, beliefs, and tendencies.

Sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls is an ancient form of deep relaxation and muscle regeneration to relieve pain in the joints and muscles. The sound of Tibetan singing bowls also allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body. After sound therapy emotions are calm and the mind clearer.

During this session, students will experience the combination of Yoga Nidra with the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls . The class will begin with a focus on a personal ‘sankulpa’ or resolve (intention). During the Nidra session students will have the opportunity to become aware of old habits, beliefs and tendencies. The guided meditation in Nidra will focus on visualizations to help students feel more connected with their sankulpa.

Purva is a skilled and experienced Holistic Sound healer and yoga teacher. She hails from the land of enriched traditional yoga and ancient sound methodologies of holistic healing-India. 

Over the years, Purva has gathered immense knowledge of sound and experience in providing independent and group sound healing therapy sessions across Dubai. 


Through the magic of sound she utilizes the principles of resonance, vibration, and integration of the body and mind. 

She has great understanding of bio-rhythms, tunes in to learning from the wisdom of the body where tension is being held and how to release it.

Purva continues to magically weave a variety of sacred meditations, breath awareness with sound healing events over the years that has helped her students find inner peace and harmony.
