ABOUT THE CLASS
This deep stretch class helps to create space in the body using classical yoga postures and deep stretches. These sessions are designed to aid muscle recovery, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance performance.
Perfect as a complement to your regular yoga practice, sports routine or on days that you are feeling stiff or tight. This class can be combined with the Vinyasa class scheduled right before it.
This class is suitable for all levels of ability.
Each class will finish with guided mediation.
