About the Instructor

II’ve been practicing yoga for many years, and my qualifications cover Hatha yoga, swing/aerial yoga, RAD yoga, yin yoga and GroovyKids yoga. I prefer these styles as I feel it gives us the time to check our alignment and posture whilst mindfully using our breath to flow through our practice and enjoy the experience. I trained here in Dubai and I’m registered with Yoga Alliance and REPS UAE.
