Take time for yourself to slow down, empty your mind and release stress and tension. Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release’s six elements of breath, movement, sound, touch, emotions and meditation will help you break free from the patterns of your body and brain so that you can restore the free flow of energy in the body. You will experience new ways of releasing tension and recharge from the source that is within you. You will leave feeling calmer, fresher and more grounded. 

Timing: Sunday, 17th September at 5:00 pm (90 minutes)

Joining Fee: 185 AED + VAT

Venue: Yoga House in The Greens

*Note that the workshop will go ahead with a minimum of 4 persons.

Rouba is a certified Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Practitioner, Food Addiction Counselor and Author of: "Beyond the Emptiness: How I Found Fullness Outside of Food.” Rouba helps women and men relax and restore their connection with their insides.
