Face Yoga is a great natural solution to regain your youthful appearance! If you are interested in reviving your inner beauty with a nurturing self-love regime and a deep state of relaxation towards the end then this workshop is for you. Our face has fifty-seven muscles and sadly we don't focus on them apart from when we are eating, yelling, or smiling occasionally but is that good enough? 


The answer is no. With face yoga, we will tap into acupressure points to gently exercise, massage, loosen, plump, and revive the skin to promote circulation of energy and blood. The appeal of this magical routine lies in blending face yoga, purging breath-work, and serene yoga nidra as your much-needed  ‘beauty bath’ to heal your mind and body which eventually makes you beautiful inside out.

This 90-minute workshop consists of a holistic blend beginning with centering, face exercises, breathing, and yoga nidra meditation for deep relaxation towards the end. 

Plus, you will get time to reflect with a cosy cup of warm herbal tea.

about the instructor: purva kaushal

Purva is passionate about her roots in traditional yoga teaching. She experienced learning classical science and philosophy of yoga at the prestigious International Sivananda Vedanta Center & Ashram, India. Purva likes to follow yoga in an authentic, pure, traditional way without distortion from the original teaching method to bring a holistic, healing approach to her practice. Purva continues to magically weave a variety of sacred meditations, and breath awareness with sound healing events over the years that have helped her students find inner peace and harmony.
